Location: Plano, TX (Greater Dallas Area)

Compensation: $80K-$150K per year OTE (with Draw Against Commission)

Job Type: Full-Time | 1099 Commission-Only

📋 Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide solutions
• Educate clients on product options and guide them through insurance claims
• Coordinate with project and service teams to ensure smooth installations
• Generate new business through events, outreach, and door-knocking
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing referrals

🛠️ Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of in-home sales experience (construction background preferred)
• Comfortable with door-knocking, outdoor work, and events
• Willing to work evenings and weekends to meet with homeowners
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Self-motivated with strong communication and follow-up skills

🎯 Compensation & Schedule

• 💼 Earnings: $80K-$150K annually OTE (with Draw Against Commission)
• 💸 Benefits: Paid training, health insurance after 30 days
• ⏰ Schedule: Full-time, weekdays (between 8am-10pm availability) + every other Saturday
