Job Description
IM Global LLC is a bonded warehouse operator with a growing footprint in overseas warehouse logistics. We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant Supervisor with prior experience in cross-border logistics operations and overseas warehouse management systems.
Compensation is based on experience and any special skills you might have.
The job includes performing all day-to-day warehouse tasks as needed, including:
- Assist warehouse supervisor with daily warehouse operations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics processes, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely updates in the warehouse system
- Supervise and support warehouse associates during shifts
- Assist with team training and onboarding of new employees
- Help resolve order discrepancies, damages, and inventory issues
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas warehouse operations (required)
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, especially Lingxing (领星) (preferred)
- Cantonese or Mandarin speaking (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background/drug screening
- Ability to work weekends as needed

Pay: From $23.00-24.00 per hour
