Role: Owner Relations Coordinator
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Oklahoma City, OK or remote
Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience
• 1 year of experience in an oil & gas role
• Ability to answer oil and gas questions ranging from "When will I be paid next month?", "Who do I call for leasing", ACH enrollment, mineral deeds, mineral sales, and transfer requests.
• Experience working with a ticketing system
• Proficiency with Office 365 products
• Ability to manage and prioritize tickets
• Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous SAP experience
• Peloton - LandView and WellView Oil and Gas accounting knowledge

This role involves managing incoming support tickets through ServiceNow, responding to owner inquiries—primarily via email—and ensuring clear, professional written communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of oil and gas operations, be comfortable handling a high volume of tickets, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in a helpdesk or customer support environment are a plus.
