Compensation: $20-25/hr 

 

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

 

Positio n: Owner Relations Analyst

 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Owner Relations Analyst to join their team! This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting internal teams and external stakeholders. The position is open due to increased project demands and offers the chance to build valuable oil and gas industry experience. This role requires strong written communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, particularly for professionals who enjoy working with systems and processes to resolve inquiries efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and respond to a high volume of owner inquiries via email and phone



• Utilize multiple internal systems to gather necessary information for resolving issues



• Process updates to owner accounts, including address changes and basic account maintenance



• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely inquiry resolution



• Draft and route correspondence to appropriate business units as needed



• Stay informed on process updates and changes relevant to ownership operations

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• College degree (required) 



• 2-3 years oil and gas experience



• Excellent written and verbal communication skills



• Strong technical skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems

 

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in oil and gas, particularly land, accounting, or related areas



• Familiarity with tools such as SAP, ServiceNow, Peloton LandView, and Microsoft Office



• Previous customer service or call center experience



• Understanding of lease provisions, well and lease status, and division order processes
