Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Paralegal to join an accounts receivable management company in the Bonita Springs area. We currently have two immediate openings for a Paralegal who will join our existing dynamic team which manages the processes associated with reporting and investigating lawsuits, counterclaims and regulatory inquiries and also provides other support in the legal operations of the company.

The Legal Claims group is part of the company’s Legal Department and serves as the primary interaction point for the company’s nationwide network of law firms and collection agencies and its clients, and is responsible for receiving inbound claims through an automatic intake process, processing, investigating and resolving the claims, responding to and ensuring the next steps are performed to resolve the claims, including interacting with the network and clients through resolution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILTIES:

1. Manage assigned cases to resolution

2. Liaise with members of the Legal Department, network and clients

3. Effectively track and manage deadlines

4. Host and direct telephone conferences

5. Alert management to escalated allegations or demands

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized.

This position is classified as non-exempt under the FLSA and will be entitled to overtime for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given work week.
