About the Role

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Part-Time Onsite Facilities Assistant to support a rapidly growing healthcare company in Frisco, TX . As operations expand—especially through acquisitions—we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to help manage the day-to-day needs of a dynamic office environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and thrives in a busy, collaborative workspace.

Work Schedule

This role averages approximately 25 hours per week , with flexibility required. The busiest and most active office days are Tuesdays and Thursdays , so consistent coverage on those days is critical. General availability should align with the following structure:

  • Monday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: Optional/as needed (e.g., special tasks, overflow)
  • Quarterly Board Meetings (Monday): Required coverage from 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Occasional full-day support on Wednesdays during peak periods
  • Some flexibility is required to adjust hours based on office activity

What You’ll Do

Mail & Shipping Management

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail/packages, especially time-sensitive acquisition documents
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
  • Maintain tracking logs and handle shipping issues as needed

Office Organization & Inventory

  • Monitor and restock office and breakroom supplies
  • Keep supply and storage areas organized and tidy
  • Track usage trends and reorder supplies when necessary

Facilities Support

  • Serve as the go-to contact for onsite facility needs
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
  • Assist with workspace moves, reorganizations, and daily facility upkeep

Meeting & Event Support

  • Set up conference rooms and refreshments for internal meetings and quarterly board sessions
  • Ensure technical readiness and handle post-meeting cleanup

General Administrative Support

  • Assist with document filing, basic data entry, and ad hoc admin tasks
  • Support general operations and office upkeep to ensure smooth daily flow

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in facilities coordination or office support preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-focused
  • Able to lift/move packages and supplies (up to 30 lbs)
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, email, and spreadsheets
  • Professional and courteous in person and over email/phone
  • Proactive and dependable with minimal supervision
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
