Role Overview

We are seeking a Pelvic Health Therapist (PT or OT) for our Willow Park location . This role is ideal for a clinician who loves pelvic health but also has a strong orthopedic foundation. You’ll work one-on-one with patients, creating tailored treatment plans that go beyond the pelvis and address the whole body.

This is not just a job for someone who wants to “do pelvic health.” This is for the therapist who wants to be part of a movement — someone who wants to grow, innovate, and contribute to a team that is redefining what pelvic health therapy looks like.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical or occupational therapy services with a focus on pelvic health and orthopedics.
• Develop holistic, individualized treatment plans that address both pelvic and whole-body needs.
• Collaborate with the Genesis team to ensure patients receive seamless, comprehensive care.
• Participate in marketing and community events to build awareness and relationships in Willow Park.
• Document patient care clearly and efficiently.
• Contribute ideas and energy to Genesis’ mission of innovation and excellence in pelvic health.

Requirements

• Licensed PT or OT in the state of Texas.
• Training and/or experience in pelvic health (prenatal, postpartum, pelvic floor dysfunction, etc.).
• Strong background in orthopedics.
• Curious, innovative, and committed to growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making an impact — on patients, on the field of pelvic health, and on the Genesis team.
• New grads are welcome to apply! For those newer to pelvic health, Genesis provides a continuing education budget.

• You’re maintaining a steady schedule (around 70% utilization) with a 90% show rate .
• Documentation is completed within 24 hours , and you’re confident using PtEverywhere.
• You’ve led or supported one community event , connecting with our Willow Park community using our event framework.
• You’re actively engaging in case connects and contributing your insights with curiosity and collaboration.
• You’re seeking mentorship and feedback when needed , and taking initiative to grow clinically, professionally, and personally.

By day 90, you’ll feel deeply connected to the mission, confident in your role, and already making an impact on your patients and your team.
