Personal Assistant to UHNW Individual – Beverly Hills

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Compensation: $140,000/year

A prominent ultra-high-net-worth individual based in Beverly Hills is seeking a top-tier Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across both personal and professional spheres. This role requires a proactive and highly organized candidate with exceptional discretion and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Scheduling Management: Coordinate complex personal and professional calendars, including meetings, appointments, social events, and reservations, ensuring flawless time management and minimal conflicts.
  • Travel Planning: Book and manage all travel arrangements—domestic and international—including flights, accommodations, car services, and detailed itineraries with backup plans in place.
  • Household & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations; oversee scheduling of maintenance, deliveries, and appointments.
  • Errands & Personal Support: Run errands, handle gifting, manage returns, and provide general lifestyle assistance with attention to personal preferences and standards.
  • Event & Social Planning: Assist in planning private events, dinners, and gatherings, managing guest lists, RSVPs, and logistics with discretion and professionalism.
  • Administrative Support: Track expenses, process reimbursements, assist with special projects, and provide high-level support on both personal and business-related matters.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Maintain strict confidentiality at all times, exercising sound judgment and a high level of emotional intelligence in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting a high-net-worth individual or private household
  • Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with a calm, can-do attitude
  • Tech-savvy with experience managing calendars, travel, and communication tools – Mac experience preferred
