Since 2018, Four Pretty Paws Mobile Pet Spa has been growing and thriving by delivering the best grooming experience possible for pets and the people who love them. We’re excited to expand into the Kansas City market, and this is a unique opportunity to help build a new market from the ground up. We're seeking outgoing candidates with exceptional people skills, a clean driving and criminal record, and a drive to establish and maintain a loyal client base. Effective communication is essential for understanding and meeting client expectations. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional grooming experiences while our back-office staff handles calls and scheduling. You'll work from our state-of-the-art mobile grooming van, fully equipped with premium supplies and equipment. Ideally, this position will quickly transition into a Grooming Market Manager role, so prior leadership or people management experience is a big plus.

Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license with an exemplary driving record and have completed coursework at a certified grooming academy, with at least three (3) years of grooming experience. The pet groomers that we hire are dog (and cat) lovers who have a wealth of knowledge in grooming a variety of breeds, from fun-loving mutts to those designer “doodles.” The ability to groom our feline friends (cats), while not required, is a bonus.

Requirements:

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Completed coursework at a certified grooming academy.
• Preferably, at least three (3) years of grooming experience.
• Leadership or people management experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have a genuine love for dogs (and cats).
