Equity Staffing Group is hiring for an immediate need for a Pharmacy Manager in Naples, Florida!
Position: Inpatient Pharmacy Manager
Skills required: 5 years pharmacy experience and 2 years management experience.
Florida Pharmacist licensure required
Dates of Coverage needed : Start ASAP Monday – Friday
Coverage Hours needed : 8am – 4:30pm
No on-call or weekend coverage needed
Order Entry System: Epic; experience heavily preferred
Site Automation : Omnicell; experience not required
Site Specialty Areas : Staff Size : Approx 20 pharmacists and 35 techs.
Tech support: operational support, delivery medications, stock med trays and automation
Site Background/History: No pertinent issues to list.
Job Responsibilities : Scheduling, ensuring regulatory compliance, holding staff accountable, meeting attendance responsibilities.
Expectations : Scheduling, coaching to frontline staff, regulatory/regulation monitoring.
Training provided: Shadowing other leaders and site orientation
