Location: Alexandria, VA 22311
Contract- 3+months
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/HR- $21.45/HR
Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist I to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Alexandria Patient Service Center in Alexandria, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
• Handle paternity testing and drug screen collections
• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Operate independently at a solo-site location
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience required
• Experience drawing blood from both pediatric and geriatric patients
• Drug testing and paternity test collection experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• TB test and color vision screening required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work independently
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Reliable transportation is a must. Training will be conducted at the assigned location.
