Now Hiring: Phlebotomist I – Washington, DC (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: Washington, DC 20032

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19-$21.45/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist I to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our IOP site within an HIV clinic in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics

• Support a 3-person site, including a site coordinator

• Process specimens and provide excellent customer service

• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of phlebotomy experience required

• Experience with pediatric patients and hard sticks preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• TB test and color vision screening required

• COVID-19 vaccination required (declination accepted); flu vaccine optional

• Must be able to stand for extended periods

• Computer training held in Silver Spring, MD; 2–3 weeks of hands-on training with team lead

• Reliable transportation is a must
