Who You Are

• A skilled problem-solver with a mechanical mindset and an obsession for precision.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in motorsports or high-performance automotive industries (European car expertise a plus).
• Able to diagnose, innovate, and elevate vehicle performance
• Bachelor's degree, technical training, or equivalent real-world experience in automotive or motorsports engineering.
• ASE Certification and experience with MoTeC, AEM, and advanced vehicle systems preferred.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where speed, accuracy, and adaptability are key.
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle high-performance machines with surgical precision.

What You'll Do

• Tear down, rebuild, and fine-tune high-performance Porsche vehicles to championship standards.
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and performance systems using industry-leading diagnostic equipment.
• Optimize powertrains, suspension, and aerodynamics to extract peak performance.
• Perform road tests for performance validation—because perfection is measured in tenths of a second.
• Collaborate with an elite team of engineers, fabricators, and technicians to push the limits of innovation.
• Maintain meticulous records and a clean, organized workspace—because precision extends beyond the cars.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine your craft to stay at the top of the game.
