About the Role: As an investment professional, you will be at the forefront of executing high-stakes deals and driving portfolio performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advanced Financial Analysis: Build and refine financial models, conduct in-depth valuations, and identify high-return investment opportunities in target companies.
  • Market Insight & Strategy: Perform rigorous market research to uncover emerging trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify growth opportunities for portfolio companies.
  • Due Diligence & Risk Assessment: Lead the due diligence process, evaluating financial, operational, and legal risks to ensure sound investment decisions.
  • Deal Structuring & Execution: Play a critical role in deal execution by structuring and negotiating transactions, collaborating with legal and financial advisors, and preparing high-level investment memorandums for stakeholders.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Oversee portfolio performance by identifying strategic initiatives to drive value, continuously tracking key performance indicators, and supporting efforts to scale operations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity: A strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution within fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Expertise in Financial Modeling: Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in techniques such as DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of key sectors like consumer services or industrials, along with awareness of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
