Job Description
Do you have a passion for transforming financial operations through modern technology? We're looking for a Product Owner to lead initiatives across Workday Financials and other enterprise finance applications. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver enhancements that improve how finance teams operate at scale.
Essential Responsibilities:
Own the roadmap and backlog for financial applications including Workday Financials, reporting tools, and adjacent systems
Translate finance and accounting needs into clear user stories, workflows, and technical requirements
Partner with finance, IT, and vendors to prioritize features and drive delivery in an Agile environment
Lead testing, training, and change management efforts for new releases and upgrades
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or optimize
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system performance across platforms
What You Bring:
~5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
~ Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials
~ Familiarity with financial reporting, audit, and compliance processes
~ Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with a focus on enterprise systems
~ Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
