Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire production process to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality
- Plan and coordinate production schedules and manage resources
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations
- Work closely with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams to optimize workflows
- Address and resolve any production-related issues that arise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Over 7 years of experience in food manufacturing, production, or a related industry
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in production management or a similar role
- Operations management, project management, or related training/experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP standards, and strong leadership abilities to influence and motivate teams
