Job Store Staffing is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the Centennial area to hire a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor for their night shift team (7PM–7AM). This is a direct hire opportunity with strong potential for career growth.

Pay: $65,000 – $85,000/year
Shift: 7PM – 7AM (Night Shift)
Location: Centennial, CO
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead production personnel during assigned shift
- Troubleshoot equipment and processes to minimize downtime
- Coordinate mold setups, startups, and changeovers
- Monitor production performance and implement process improvements
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain 5S standards
- Train and develop team members
- Collaborate across departments to meet production and quality goals
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of plastic injection molding, mold setup, and hydraulics
- Basic understanding of electricity and electronic systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and production tracking software
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and perform physical duties as needed
