Job Store Staffing is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the Centennial area to hire a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor for their night shift team (7PM–7AM). This is a direct hire opportunity with strong potential for career growth.

Pay: $65,000 – $85,000/year

Shift: 7PM – 7AM (Night Shift)

Location: Centennial, CO

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead production personnel during assigned shift
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes to minimize downtime
• Coordinate mold setups, startups, and changeovers
• Monitor production performance and implement process improvements
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain 5S standards
• Train and develop team members
• Collaborate across departments to meet production and quality goals

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of plastic injection molding, mold setup, and hydraulics
• Basic understanding of electricity and electronic systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and production tracking software
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and perform physical duties as needed
