Job Description

Our Client in KOP is looking for a Project Manager! The project manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all orders and projects within an assigned region. Ensuring projects are within scope, budget, and schedule.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Follow all safety rules and regulations; all work must be done thinking “Safety First”.
• For all on-site positions, must show up to work to perform job duties.
• Manage and coordinate all orders and projects within an assigned region.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Lighthouse/customer contract.
• Ensure projects are within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Work with customers and manage/support field staff to provide quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and customers.
• Prepares project status reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues.
• Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications.
• Develop, schedule, and lead project close-out processes.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Experience leading successful project teams, including the development of employees and maintaining relationships with external entities.
• Excellent organizational, team management, problem-solving and motivational skills.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Experience working in a growing, international company dealing with Fortune 500 customers.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
