Job Description

As the Marketing Proposal Coordinator, you will be the creative force behind compelling project bids. Your role will involve crafting persuasive proposals that highlight the firm’s construction team, expertise, and innovation. You will be responsible for gathering technical information, drafting, and editing content, and ensuring that every submission stands out both visually and in substance. This position requires a blend of marketing savvy, project coordination, and storytelling, turning technical specs into compelling narratives that win contracts and grow the firm’s portfolio. Ideal for meticulous, creative thinkers with a passion for the construction industry.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in developing compelling graphic presentations, engaging proposal documents and various marketing collateral pieces, including Qualification Packages, RFP Responses, Interview Presentations and Project Brochures.
  • Help to ensure that writing (proposals and marketing packages) imagery, and information flow into well-organized and persuasive materials.
  • Assist in developing project specific stories and content for PR platforms.
  • Provide writing support for awards submittal entries and public relations efforts.
  • Assist with social media and website content (Wix).
  • Contribute to the creation and editing of graphic materials as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in coordination and preparation of marketing materials for a professional service company (experience in AEC industry is a plus).
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
  • The ability to read and understand Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and qualifications to organize and develop a relevant, thoughtful response.
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be well-organized, with the ability to work independently at times and collaboratively with others.
  • A can-do attitude and creative enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with an eye for graphic style and quality required.
  • Experience with Wix website design a plus.
