Overview:
We are seeking a Publications Manager with a strong science background and proven experience in medical or regulatory writing, publication planning, and project management. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to support the development and execution of strategic publication plans within Medical Affairs, ensuring alignment with global and local priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead publication planning and execution across assigned therapeutic areas.
- Manage timelines, budgets, agency partners, and author interactions.
- Prepare and review scientific manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with publication guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including KOLs, publication agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain publication records in Datavision and support system training.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree required (PhD, PharmD, or MD strongly preferred).
- CMPP certification is a plus.
- 2+ years of relevant industry or agency experience with PhD/MD/PharmD, or 4+ years with an MS.
- Strong understanding of publication processes and project management.
- Experience in diabetes, obesity, or rare disease areas is a plus.
Preferred Backgrounds:

- Regulatory writing, medical affairs, medical information, or product safety
