Job Description

The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supporting the pharmaceutical organization that has an opening for Regulatory Publishing Manager in Princeton, NJ/ San Diego, CA!

Position Summary:

Responsible for preparing and submitting electronic regulatory documents (eCTD submissions), ensuring documents are correctly formatted, high quality, and compliant with global regulatory standards. They will use systems like IQVIA RIM Smart and Veeva Vault RIM to manage and publish submissions.

Additional Details:

Contract Length: 6 months

Princeton, NJ - Pay range: $45 to $50/hour on W2

San Diego, CA - Pay range: $50 to $55/hour on W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Use publishing software (IQVIA RIM Smart) and document systems (Veeva Vault RIM) to compile and submit eCTD regulatory documents.
• Format and prepare submission documents following company style guidelines.
• Ensure documents are submission-ready (e.g., properly bookmarked and hyperlinked).

Skills & Experience Required:

• Solid knowledge of eCTD submission standards (FDA, EMA, ICH).
• Hands-on experience with regulatory publishing tools and document management systems .
• Experience with formatting tools like Adobe Acrobat, DXC Toolbox , and Microsoft Word templates.
• Familiar with computer system validation and change control .
• Able to work well across departments (Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, IT, QA).
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or information technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in Regulatory Operations or a related area.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
