About the role:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Purchasing Analyst to join our Operations team. You will play a key role in improving and analyzing our purchasing processes for a growing e-commerce company. Your main duties will include:

  • Performing forecasting and issuing purchase orders based on demand.
  • Coordinating with product development, quality, and artwork departments to ensure orders move through the system efficiently.
  • Analyzing costs and managing invoicing documentation.
  • Negotiating with vendors throughout the purchasing process.
  • Assisting the team in improving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Who you are:

You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently and with a team. You have an analytical mind, able to analyze data to determine the best course of action for day-to-day purchasing issues. You can understand and apply various forecasting models and are always looking for ways to improve existing systems.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a purchasing or a related supply chain role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
