Job Title: QA Manager
Duration: 12 months- Extension OR Conversion
Location: Charlotte, NC- Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QA efforts across multiple projects with a focus on UAT coordination and quality gates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define UAT scope , test plans , test cases , and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
- Design and implement test strategies for functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Oversee testing of systems designed for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) , fraud detection , KYC (Know Your Customer) , and other financial crimes-related functionality.
- Coordinate and support cross-functional testing efforts, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
- Work closely with compliance and risk teams to understand regulatory impacts on technology deliverables.
