Recruiting for a Junior to Mid-level Associate Corporate/Real Estate Associate : Seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate transactional work and, if possible, real estate joint venture experience. Duties include working with a team of attorneys and reviewing diligence, drafting LLC operating agreements and related contracts and assisting with commercial and real estate loan closings. The salary range is $150,000-$180,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance. Billable hours expectation is minimum 1,800 hours a year. Admission to New York bar is required.
