Job Description

HomeTeam4u is growing—and we’re excited to invite motivated, relationship-driven individuals to grow with us! As the leading real estate team in South Central Wisconsin, our Sun Prairie office is currently welcoming both new and experienced agents who are ready to build a meaningful, lasting career in real estate. Whether you're just beginning your journey or looking for the tools and support to elevate your business, we’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way. At HomeTeam4u, we believe success starts with the right foundation—comprehensive training, smart lead systems, and a supportive team culture where people truly care about one another. Our agents consistently exceed expectations, and it shows—first-year agents earn well above the national average, and those in their second year often double that. If you're looking for a collaborative environment, clear direction, and the opportunity to grow a business that reflects your goals and values, we'd love to connect. Responsibilities:

  • Help clients secure financing by connecting them with trusted lending partners.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and listing agents to ensure smooth, successful transactions.
  • Carefully organize and review property documents to support a seamless buying or selling process.
  • Keep clients up to date on local market trends and provide insightful, data-driven guidance.
  • Collaborate with buyers to understand their housing needs and preferences.
  • Cultivate trust with clients and industry professionals to support long-term success.
  • Offer clear, expert advice on buying and selling real estate.
  • Share relevant market updates and insights to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Host open houses and conduct showings to highlight properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Use strong negotiation skills to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Customize sales strategies to align with each client’s unique goals and situation.
  • Stay organized and on track with weekly planning and task management.
Qualifications:
  • A valid Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License (or a willingness to obtain one).
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation—both are required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships.
  • A client-first mindset with a commitment to outstanding service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Consistent communication with both clients and team members—this is key to our success.
  • The ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Openness to learning, adapting, and leveraging new technologies and systems.
  • Experience in sales, communication, or negotiation is a plus, but not required.
  • A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude is essential.
About Company: We redefine real estate so that every client feels empowered, valued, and understood, ensuring their journey is not just about transactions but about creating meaningful connections. We have been redefining the South Central Wisconsin real estate market for almost three decades. Recognized nationally, we pride ourselves on our innovation and deep knowledge of the local market. We operate on the principle of integrated teamwork, working together to ensure every journey is smooth and successful. Composed of top-tier agents and dedicated full-time admin staff, we utilize our combined expertise to manage all aspects of buying and selling homes. Our commitment to innovation and service guarantees that no stone is left unturned. At HomeTeam4u, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We build lasting bonds with clients, agents, and the community, creating mutual trust through transparency and reliability.
