Our International Recruiter will play a crucial role in driving global growth by fostering and developing strategic relationships with a variety of candidates and be a proactive member of a dynamic team. What You’ll Do
- Drive global growth by engaging top talent from international markets to support MedPro International’s global expansion goals
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, including behavioral interviews, to assess their suitability for the role
- Interview candidates for their suitability for success in the pipeline and employment with MedPro. This includes evaluating education, work history, and motivation to adhere to standard terms of employment
- International travel is required in this role and could consist of two to three trips a year
- Manage and prioritize interviews and contract follow-up based on the quality of candidates to ensure maximum contract conversions and a smooth recruitment experience
- Provide exceptional customer service and address candidate inquiries promptly
- Utilize persuasive language to convince potential candidates to take action
- Daily collaboration with team to discuss lead flow and any other relevant issues
- Manage and grow their book of business, by adhering to company guidelines, goals, and metrics
- Prospect candidates by effectively utilizing sourcing tools, including social media, referrals, advertising, and email campaigns
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metrics related to candidate screening and conversion
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Having a valid passport
- Experience in high-volume recruitment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in a high-volume telephone sales position
- Experience navigating a sophisticated CRM System

Compensation
- Salary plus Commission
- Weekly Pay
