What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) to join our team in Gainesville, FL . In this role, you will provide medical nutrition therapy and individualized dietary counseling to adult and geriatric patients. You’ll provide nutrition recommendations and foodservice operations expertise to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable populations.

• Assess nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans across all age groups
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and interdisciplinary health teams
• Monitor patients’ progress, complete monthly and quarterly documentation, adjust dietary plan of care as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on nutrition-related topics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
• Perform Quality Assurance Audits and drive successful annual surveys

Who You Are:

• Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential OR Eligible for RD exam (RDE/RD2B)
• Current Florida LDN licensure OR eligible for temporary licensure
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel between local facilities (mileage reimbursement provided)

• Prior experience in SNF settings
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong knowledge of nutrition in gerontology and long-term care
• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus
