Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with medical staff.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and make sound clinical judgments.
