Job Title

What does a successful Relationship Manager do?As a Relationship Manager within Fiserv's Corporate Enterprise organization, you will support large corporate vertical industry teams. This role is accountable for the development and implementation of sales, client relationship strategies, and servicing the clients. The role will include primary industry responsibility for driving and managing a robust Client First Relationship Management agenda. This includes strategic account planning, cross-sell origination, LTR matrix improvement, revenue backlog management, and Client at Risk identification. You will work in close alignment and collaboration with other senior leaders across the organization to achieve high client satisfaction and revenue growth.

What you will do:

• Achieve revenue growth objectives and pipeline growth for maximum client satisfaction.
• Develop a business plan and go-to-market strategy to increase Fiserv sales and revenues within large corporate verticals through existing relationships.
• Drive a deep understanding of client needs through a proficient consultative selling process.
• Develop detailed account plans and activities to achieve revenue and client experience objectives.
• Drive towards 100% client retention and minimize price compression on renewals.
• Manage strategy and execution of accelerating vertical revenue backlog.
• Identify and evaluate client needs and collaborate across the organization to develop innovative solutions.
• Set performance goals for yourself which are aggressive, achievable, and tied to long-range plans or annual operating plans.

What you will need to have:

• 7+ years of experience in client relationship management.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic account planning.
• 8+ years of experience in developing and implementing sales and client relationship strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.

What would be great to have:

• 9+ years of experience in cross-sell origination and revenue backlog management.
• 9+ years of experience in driving client satisfaction and retention metrics.
• 9+ years of experience in managing large corporate vertical industry teams.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client and industry leaders.
• Experience handling clients and prospects in the Gaming vertical.
• Strong industry knowledge enabling anticipation of future trends and directional shifts in Financial Services marketplaces.
