We are searching for future agents to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hybrid remote environment. Jumpstart your new insurance agent career and earn unlimited in commission and bonuses. You’ll begin your journey training in our zoom setting. As an entry level insurance sales agent, you will utilize our ongoing, award-winning company training to:

• Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs
• Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales
• Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base

How we compensates your work:

• This is a commission and bonus position, and while it is not salaried, typical first-year entry level agents average $60,000 - $100,000.
• After each year of employment with AIL, you are a year vested for renewals. After 10 years, you will be 100% vested for life. 

How we support your career:

• Flexible work environment once you complete your new agent training period which can vary anywhere from two to four weeks.
• Set your own hours to work virtually.
• Our training is conducted on Zoom by successful field leaders. 
• AIL agents are provided pre-licensing training free of charge; individuals will need to pay an education course and for the state exam required to sell life and health products in their state. Average investment in yourself to start your final career is $200.
• Management and advancement is all up to you and your commitment. It can be obtained quickly or over time depending on your output. 

To become a producer, there will be a required professional background check and fingerprints in order to proceed in the licensing process.
