The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews and background research on relevant topics
• Assist in designing experiments, surveys, or data collection methods
• Collect, clean, and analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data
• Create reports, presentations, or visualizations to communicate findings
• Maintain accurate documentation of research activities and results
• Collaborate with team members and attend regular project meetings
• Support the preparation of academic papers, grant proposals, or white papers

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in [e.g., Biology, Psychology, Economics, Data Science, etc.]
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in research tools or software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Qualtrics, NVivo – depending on field)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Previous research experience is a plus but not required
