Residential Mortgage Loan Processor – Hybrid (Tempe, AZ)
Contract: 1 Year | Rate: $33/hr W2 | Schedule: Hybrid, may require 5 days on-site at times
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Residential Mortgage Loan Processor to manage loans from intake through closing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and delivers superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Request, review, and verify loan documents (title, insurance, etc.)
- Clear loan conditions in the loan system and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external partners regarding documentation and timelines
- Monitor loan progress through closing and ensure documents are valid
- Manage pipeline independently and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- 5+ years of residential mortgage loan processing experience
- Proven track record of quality loan production
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Experience meeting goals in a high-volume production environment
