Job Summary:
Oversee hospital and physician insurance billing and follow-up processes.
Manage and coordinate offshore staff, ensuring high-quality work and productivity.
Monitor performance metrics and drive operational excellence.
Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional results.
Optimize revenue cycle efficiency through strategic planning and execution.
Utilize Oracle Cerner Billing System knowledge (a plus).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospital and physician revenue cycle management.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing offshore teams.
Expertise in insurance billing, follow-up, and reimbursement processes.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Experience with Oracle Cerner Billing System preferred.
