Panda Exteriors is a premier roofing and exterior services company serving the Mid-Atlantic Region. We are looking for a savvy, focused, and goal-oriented Outside Sales Consultant to join the Panda family! The ideal candidate is an energetic brand ambassador who has a passion for making valuable connections with potential clients in the neighborhoods we serve. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for introducing clients to our high-quality home improvement products and services.

Our first year reps can make well over $120k annually!

Responsibilities:

• Successfully turn generated and assigned leads into loyal clients by appropriately assessing their home improvement needs and providing tailored solutions
• Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations
• Provide the best customer experience throughout the sales process to prospective and existing clients
• Foster strong professional relationships with internal partners
• Track productivity by entering and maintaining accurate records of customer sales; produce weekly reporting including customer quotes, orders, issues, and other metrics as needed

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years sales closing experience
• Ability to climb up on roofs and assess damage
• Strong desire to build a career in sales
• Drive and commitment to achieving individual and company goals
• Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and tact
• Proficiency in computer systems and applications as well as mobile technology such as iPads
