🌇 Rooftop Bar Manager – Upscale Hip Hotel

Location: Midtown, NYC

Venue: Trendy Rooftop Bar inside a Modern, High-Energy Hotel

Schedule: 5 Nights a Week

Compensation:

💰 $70,000 – $85,000 Salary (based on experience)

We’re seeking a Rooftop Bar Manager to take the reins of a vibrant, high-energy rooftop bar located atop a sleek, modern hotel in the heart of Midtown Manhattan . This is a hands-on leadership position — perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, leads with presence, and knows how to create unforgettable guest experiences from golden hour to last call.

From curated cocktails and stylish design to panoramic city views, this venue blends luxury, nightlife, and bold creativity — and we need a leader who can match the energy.

🧠 Who We’re Looking For You’re a bar-savvy leader with a background in polished, high-volume hospitality environments — ideally with experience in corporate-style operations . You know how to build systems, train staff, and keep standards high — but you’re just as comfortable behind the bar or working the floor when the night calls for it.

You're driven, charismatic, and ready to shape the rooftop into one of NYC's go-to destinations.

• 💼 Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on leadership during service — engaging with guests, supporting staff, and setting the tone each night
• Oversee all bar operations , including inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost control
• Recruit, train, and mentor a dynamic team of bartenders, barbacks, and servers
• Develop and maintain high standards of guest service and beverage presentation
• Partner with hotel leadership on marketing, events, and programming
• Manage administrative duties such as payroll, compliance, scheduling, and reporting
• Ensure full adherence to DOH, SLA, and internal service standards
• Report directly to the Hotel General Manager

• ✅ Ideal Background 3+ years in a bar or lounge management role in a high-volume, upscale environment
• Strong floor presence and ability to lead by example
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations
• Experience working in a corporate or hotel setting a major plus
• Natural leader with excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
• Committed to guest satisfaction and creating a memorable atmosphere
