A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sales Coordinator 2
Position type: Full Time, Contract
Duration: 3months
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Remote)
As a Sales Coordinator 2 ,you will:
- Answers and responds to incoming calls from prospective members
- Identifies potential sales calls and filters out other non-sales calls to their corresponding areas
- Makes outbound calls to soft quality sales leads or follow up on missing information
- Coordinates admin requests from the team
- Responsible for entering accurate and timely data into the respective systems
- Provides administrative support as required
- Completes telephonic applications following an approved script
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure timely and appropriate responses
Requirement:
· Excellent Verbal communication
· Ability to work independently and multi-task
The ideal candidate will have: Enrollment, Insurance, Sales.
