This is your chance to own the sales engine of a multimillion-dollar, fast-scaling company. You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals — while rolling up your sleeves alongside them to lead, train and inspire — to drive revenue growth and dominate the market.

• Lead & Inspire : Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Remodeling & Roofing Sales Representatives. Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and winning.
• Strategize & Execute : Develop and implement smart sales strategies that fuel growth and profitability.
• Pipeline Mastery : Own the sales pipeline — from lead generation to close — while ensuring CRM-driven accountability and accurate forecasting.
• Client Relationships : Build and nurture strong client and referral partner relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless project handoffs and with Marketing to convert high-quality leads.
• Hands-On Coaching : Ride along, train in the field, and support your team on closing high-value deals.
• Grow the Business : Identify new opportunities, strengthen referral networks, and scale both divisions.

• Salary: Compensation: “$90K–$120K base +incentive and bonus plan
• Incentives: Competitive commission structure with potential for performance bonuses
