Salesforce Developer - (On-Site)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Rate: $85/hour

End Client: Large Retailer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our on-site team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will work with a large retail business to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions that enhance business operations and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, and Custom Objects .
  • Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations to support retail operations and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in agile project delivery , including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain quality and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and recommend new features or improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, and API integrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, App Builder).
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud , ideally within retail environments.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices .
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator, App Builder ) preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills .
  • Must be available to work on-site in Los Angeles full-time.
