Salary: $110,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates with a BA/BS degree in a relevant field. Individuals with over 8 years of professional experience, or those currently pursuing a BA/BS, will also be considered. A strong understanding of business processes within your current area of responsibility, particularly in SD, PP, FI/CO modules, or MRO processes, is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, with proven proficiency in business process documentation, improvements, and problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities are required. You should demonstrate the values of Marvin, be self-motivated, and exercise sound judgment. Attention to detail and strong customer service skills are crucial, as well as familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and project management principles. An understanding of Lean principles in a manufacturing context is a plus. The ability to lift up to 35 pounds and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English are also necessary.

• As a SAP Business Analyst III, you will report directly to the IT Application Manager. Your role involves providing Super User and end-user support concerning operational issues, configuration, enhancements, and key projects related to SAP. You will offer best practice solutions and training in SAP and must possess solid knowledge and experience in business processes, problem-solving, and process improvements. You will deliver customer service, addressing support issues and ticket requests within SAP across various functional areas, including Contracts & Business Development, Program Management, Operations, Depot, and Finance. Your tasks will include collaborating with different levels of the organization to identify areas for enhancement and making necessary adjustments in SAP to boost process efficiencies. Regular meetings with internal customers will be part of your duties to document issues and respond effectively to new requirements.
