Whether assisting with product inquiries, resolving issues, or enhancing the client journey, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure each interaction reflects the elevated standards of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service via phone, email, live chat, and social channels.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalized assistance with product information, order placement, shipping, returns, and repairs.
• Uphold our brand’s tone, values, and service excellence in every customer interaction.
• Resolve issues efficiently and empathetically, always aiming to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, retail, and e-commerce teams to support a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems.
• Meet performance and quality metrics during the seasonal period.

Requirements

• Must be organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Solutions-driven, team attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and listening skills
• Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to present professional image via phone; superb phone etiquette skills
