Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service via phone, email, live chat, and social channels.
- Provide knowledgeable and personalized assistance with product information, order placement, shipping, returns, and repairs.
- Uphold our brand’s tone, values, and service excellence in every customer interaction.
- Resolve issues efficiently and empathetically, always aiming to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, retail, and e-commerce teams to support a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems.
- Meet performance and quality metrics during the seasonal period.
Requirements
- Must be organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
