Schedule : Monday-Friday Hybrid 8-5
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is searching for a Security Design Engineer to support our client in Glen Allen, VA. This individual's responsibilities include hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and project closeout. They will collaborate with Project Leads, Clients, and fellow designers/engineers to develop innovative solutions. They will design, estimate, and configure security systems, create technical data packages, integrate security subsystems, and coordinate drawings and equipment schedules. Additionally, they will assist in loading and commissioning controllers, validate system functionality, troubleshoot issues, provide field change information, and keep management informed of job progress.
