Location: Remote in the DC / Philadelphia / Baltimore area

Join my client, a leader in accelerating a cure for every multiple myeloma patient. In this role, you'll help lead impactful fundraising events that bring together thousands of participants in support of life-saving research. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and coordinate logistics for Walk/Run events, ensuring their success.
  • Cultivate and maintain donor and participant relationships, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee event production, from pre-event planning to post-event reconciliation.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies, including team communications and event promotions.
  • Provide exceptional support for participants, addressing fundraising, registration, and event inquiries.

About You:

  • At least 1-3 years of event coordination and peer-to-peer fundraising experience.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Classy fundraising platforms.
