We’re looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team in Boca Raton, FL. If you’re passionate about regulatory excellence, third-party oversight, and driving high-impact compliance initiatives, this is your chance to make a difference.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct due diligence and compliance reviews for third-party vendors
Monitor contract adherence and support risk audits
Execute quality control testing and document findings in line with compliance plans
Manage the intake and resolution of customer complaints
Analyze complaint trends to identify risk areas and improvement opportunities
Support legal reviews and compliance approvals for new business initiatives
Help prepare audit materials and keep compliance documentation up-to-date
Draft internal SOPs and compliance communications
✅ What We’re Looking For:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field
~2–4 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk roles—fintech or financial services preferred
~ Strong understanding of third-party risk management and regulatory compliance
~ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
~ Clear communicator with strong writing and reporting abilities
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking systems
