Prominent Long Island based Construction Firm is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their team in the Syosset office. Will report to the EVP and GC. Duties include negotiating and reviewing contract including construction subcontractor agreements , professional services and supplier agreements, NDAs and other contracts, as needed.
