Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Creative Producer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a large-scale anniversary event for a beloved gaming franchise, contributing to both live and digital experiences. You'll lead the creative vision for community-focused events and collaborate with top-tier industry professionals to deliver high-impact, fan-facing content. This role offers a unique chance to influence the player experience and work on meaningful projects within the gaming and esports space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the creative vision for immersive, in-person and digital events.
- Plan and manage production schedules, coordinating across internal teams and external partners.
- Write and edit public-facing content such as blogs, graphic copy, and video scripts.
- Guide fan experience design from concept through execution, ensuring high engagement and impact.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in live event planning and execution.
- 5+ years of experience in community engagement within gaming or esports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proven understanding of the esports landscape and content creation trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools and platforms (Windows, Office).
- Strong organizational, planning, and partner management skills.
