Senior Data Scientist – Predictive Modeling | Python | Business Impact
We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to uncover insights, build predictive models, and drive data-informed decisions across the business. You’ll play a critical role in transforming raw data into strategic recommendations and intelligent systems.

🔍 What You'll Do:
- Design and deploy machine learning models to solve high-value business problems
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics and evaluate outcomes
- Build dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and track model performance
- Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to data science best practices, experimentation frameworks, and model governance
🧠 What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in data science or applied analytics
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data wrangling
- Experience with cloud-based data tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business value
- Bonus: Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, or time series modeling
