Job Title: Senior NetSuite Administrator

Type: Contract/Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking to hire two experienced Senior NetSuite Administrators to join our dynamic team. You will participate in Agile ceremonies and take ownership of system tickets-implementing, testing, and closing them with precision and speed. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure NetSuite elements such as workflows, fields, roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Utilize SuiteQL and Saved Searches for complex reporting and data validation.
• Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and integration stability, troubleshooting logs as needed.
• Test and validate system changes and deployments following best practices.
• Support SOX compliance and change management protocols; experience with tools like Netwrix (Strongpoint) is a plus.
• Maintain and manage system integrations (e.g., Avalara, CyberSource, SPS).
• Perform mass data updates using CSV imports and SuiteScript, ensuring data integrity across the platform.
• Provide clear and effective communication across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and demonstrate production support readiness.
• Maintain documentation and follow structured processes for audit and compliance.
• SuiteScript knowledge is a plus (development experience beneficial but not required).

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience .
• Advanced proficiency in SuiteQL and Saved Searches .
• Expertise in mass data management and system auditing .
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance and NetSuite change management practices.
• Experience troubleshooting and managing integrations.
• Agile team experience with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and documentation-oriented mindset.
