Senior Residential Property Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Residential Property Manager to oversee our residential portfolio (multifamily/apartments/condos). With 2+ years of residential property management experience, (Multifamily experience required) you’ll lead day-to-day operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and deliver strong financial performance.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee leasing, renewals, rent collection, and compliance with lease agreements.
- Lead, train, and support on-site staff to deliver excellent resident experiences.
- Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate maintenance, vendor management, and capital improvement projects.
- Conduct property inspections to maintain curb appeal and compliance.
- Resolve tenant concerns quickly and professionally.
