Opportunity: One of our Entertainment client based out in Bristol, CT is looking for a "Sr Technical Program Manager" for a 18 month contract opportunity with a strong chance of extension. The role pays $92/hour (W2) and requires 4 days onsite weekly.
As a Program Manager within Business Operations, you will drive software engineering projects end-to-end, managing Agile/Scrum delivery, cross-team collaboration, and applying DE&E processes to oversee scope, time, cost, risk, and communications.
Minimum Qualifications
• 7+ years of technical project management with engineering teams
• 5+ years Agile/Scrum experience as scrum lead
• BA/BS or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
• CSM/CSP certification
• Experience in streaming media and digital tech
• Background in backend systems, ML, or personalization
• Technical proficiency (e.g., coding, QA, or technical writing)
