The Role

Our marketing department is searching for a highly qualified project manager to help us maintain our position as an innovative authority. The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that were achieving our goals.

Objectives

• Build and develop the SEO team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.

• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.

• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacity.

• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.

• Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.

• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables

• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field.

• 3+ years of proven success in an operations management role.

• Strong skills in team development and oversight.

• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities and experience managing performance calendars.

• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and working independently in a remote environment.

• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.

• Proven success working with all levels of management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent presentation skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with the digital marketing industry.

• Familiarity with sports betting and/or online gaming industries.

• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.

• Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
